Founder & CEO

Kuba Jewgieniew is the CEO And Founder of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest growing franchisors in the industry.

The product of Polish-born parents who raised him to be curious, driven and passionate, Kuba wasn’t satisfied with a lucrative career as a financial planner and portfolio manager or as a successful real estate agent, closing $30 million in sales in his first year. So, he started Realty ONE Group in 2005 with a 100%-commission model and an emphasis on innovation, disruption and fun. He’s won numerous awards and has been recognized for his innovative thinking and leadership. And, with a dynamic leadership team and leagues of committed followers, Realty ONE Group plans to open offices around the world, bettering communities and lives everywhere, leaving a legacy for generations.

Debra Parker and Alicia Chapman have been in Real Estate on the Treasure coast for over 20 years. After a high successful career in Real Estate Debra and Alicia chose to open a Realty ONE Group, here on the Treasure Coast, after falling in love with the ONE COOLTURE philosophy that Realty ONE Group is known for.
